If our range of pricing meets your vision, we are thrilled to  move forward to the design collaboration stage.
        

We  will collaborate with you to bring your vision to life. Through  detailed discussions at our Home Start meeting, our goal is to have all  your product selections decided upon so we can move forward to the next  steps. It is a crucial step in the process, that every product selection  is finalized before entering the planning and execution phase.

We  do request a Planning and Proposal fee for our services. This fee  reflects the value of our professional services and ensures that we can  dedicate the time and resources needed to deliver a comprehensive and  high-quality proposal that aligns precisely with your needs and vision.  The cost of the detailed proposal will be credited towards the final  invoice should you decide to proceed with our services.

Transparency  is key. You will receive a comprehensive proposal outlining the scope  of work, product selection, timelines, and costs. This is to ensure that  you know exactly what to expect throughout the renovation journey.

Stay  informed at every step. Receive regular updates on the progress of your  project via your customer portal. You can view the schedule, cost  summary, and progress photos.
